Membership is free, automatic, and everything is managed online at the time of your booking.

📝 Terms and conditions:
- Promotional codes cannot be combined with Loyalty Club discounts, with the exception of cashback codes.
- The cards are personal and vary depending on the type of massage (Californian/sports or tantric).
- Loyalty discounts will be displayed on the website at the time of booking. No other discounts can be applied on site. Please ensure that your account is correctly identified when booking by entering your telephone number.
- Cashback can be accumulated without any time limit and can be converted into promo codes worth €10, €20 or €30. Only one voucher can be used per massage. You can give this cashback to someone else
- If a discount is selected (student, sports club, under 30), loyalty discounts will not be applied, but cashback will still be taken into account.
🔓 Confidentiality:
At Mass'by K, we take your privacy very seriously. Here's how we protect your information:
- No history of your massages is kept. We only record an MD5 hash of your telephone number, your month of birth, the number of bookings made and the date of your last booking.
- All discounts and loyalty information are based on your telephone number. If you change your number, any accumulated discounts will be lost.
- We will not send you any communications related to your loyalty account, either by email or SMS.
- The only way to view your discounts and cashback amount is on the last page of the booking. Once you have entered your telephone number, a new box will appear with your loyalty account information.
- If you wish to cancel your loyalty account, send a request by text message with the relevant telephone number to the usual Mass'by K number.
