Conditions :
- Promotional codes cannot be combined with Club Loyalty discounts, except for the cashback code.
- Cards are personal and vary depending on the type of massage (Californian/Sports or Tantric).
- During booking, loyalty discounts will be displayed on the site. No additional discounts can be applied on-site. Make sure your account is correctly found during the reservation by entering your phone number.
- Cashback accumulates without time limits and can be converted into promo codes of €10, €20, €30, or €40. Only one voucher can be used per massage.
- If the under-25/student discount is selected, loyalty discounts will not be applied, but the cashback will still be credited.

At Mass’by K, we take your privacy very seriously. Here’s how we protect your information:
- No massage history is kept. We only store an MD5 hash of your phone number, your birth month, the number of bookings made, and the date of your last reservation.
- All discounts and loyalty information are based on your phone number. If you change your number, any accumulated discounts will be lost.
- We will not send any communications related to your loyalty account, either by email or SMS.
- The only way to view your discounts and cashback balance is on the final page of the booking. Once you enter your phone number, a new section will appear with your loyalty account information.
- If you wish to cancel your loyalty account, please send a text request with the relevant phone number to the usual Mass’by K number.
